I've found the support team to be supportive and responsive, good at coming up with solutions to what we want to achieve. **What do you dislike about Fliplet?** I've found some components more tricky to customise, but the team is usually able to offer a workaround. **What problems is Fliplet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Internal communications, employee engagement. ### 2. A very small nitpick admittedly!! **What problems is Fliplet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been slow to deliver client apps, because we have remained determined to only build apps that provide a distinctive and interactive experience for customers - more than just throwing a load of static content into a sea of menus and screens (which, candidly, a lot of competitors have done!). Recent improvements to Fliplet make that more possible, and we will be launching our first app shortly, but we don't have direct client feedback to offer yet. ### 4.
