It's stable and feature-rich, and does far more than I initially planned for online PDF presentations. It's so flexible and capable that I'm inspired to use PDFs for many more projects than I ever imagined. It's a wonderful source of ideas and creative methods of interactive, multi-media presentation. And the support is fast, friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. **What do you dislike about Flipbuilder?** It's a little complex to learn all the features, in part due to a slightly unconventional user interface. But the system is amazingly complete, and the documentation is excellent. And as mentioned, support is superb. **What problems is Flipbuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** My clients need to publish large, complex PDF books online, and this app does the job marvelously well, on all platforms.
