Flinks is a powerful tool for obtaining financial data, covering most Canadian financial institutes. The data we can get from Flinks is very comprehensive, giving us a clear picture of our financial status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Flinks? While Flinks provides a valuable service, there are some technical issues that require attention. For example, linking a CIBC bank account took around five minutes, which can be frustrating for users. Additionally, we encountered "Unexpected error" messages when attempting to link Scotiabank accounts, and "Retry later" messages when linking to Neo Financial accounts. Moreover, if certain banks display promotion pages upon logging in to online banking, Flinks is unable to retrieve account information, which can be a limitation. Furthermore, the technical support provided by Flinks is superficial, with a tendency to deflect or offer simple answers rather than addressing and troubleshooting issues. This approach can undermine confidence in their technical capabilities. Overall, Flinks is a useful tool for accessing comprehensive financial data, but the technical issues and lack of thorough technical support can be frustrating for users. Flinks provides us with a simple solution for connecting our clients' bank accounts to their e-wallet accounts. By leveraging Flinks, we are able to simplify the process of linking bank accounts and verifying account data, which saves time and effort for both our company and clients. One of the primary issues that Flinks solves for us is the arduous and error-prone process of manually inputting bank account information. Flinks streamlines the process by allowing clients to link their bank accounts to our platform, enabling us to easily access their account information for future EFT top-ups and withdrawals to their e-wallet accounts.
