There are probably more things I like about it than I am able to write here. Some of the best features are:

- easy replenishment of FBA warehouses via Flieber's FBA integration. I almost never use sellercentral anymore because Flieber offers everything I would do in sellercentral.

- many options to customize forecasts. That makes it very easy to plan stock long before certain sales periods like for example BFCM happen

- Flieber is constantly helping with workarounds or adding new features one likes to have in their app

I am only working with Flieber for about 2 months and it really is hard for me to mention any negative things. There were some bugs but I do not really see them as negative because after reporting them, they were almost ever fixed the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Flieber. We sell on 8 marketplaces and this software allows us to quickly and accurately forecast, replenish stock, and place more accurate POs to our supplier. Flieber creates a "one stop shop" where i can few demand level data across all my brands and then make educated choices about replenishment based on inventory positions. The biggest downside of Flieber is that they are still developing. Occasionally we will think of something that should be accessible and it is not available. They are really quick to adapt and create new views or provide details for you promptly, but as we are scaling as a company, sometimes we find they are scaling in a different direction. Growth in the platform is enormous, and significant improvements occur monthly. When customers request a change or modifications, they are implemented in days and always with outstanding professionalism and care. Flieber has a team that pays attention to your needs and always finds a workaround, no matter where you sit. The platform keeps adding cases to cover most of your exception cases: forecast modifications, product bundle options, improved and customized reports, and the list continues. Flieber focuses too much on the sales pitch and sometimes ignores foundational business/mathematical/technical concepts that are key to a logistic platform's success. Statements like "we can recommend inventory transfers for you to do in 6 months" or "we dream someday of elimination warehouses/3PL" are oblivious to the business reality and supply chain uncertainty these days. Before Signing up with Flieber, we had to manually analyze our sales across all platforms and come up with purchasing quantities. This used to take days before we could place a complete order with factories and even then, it felt like our best guess. This has changed now. We are able to see our sales across all channels along with forecasting for the next 90 days. There aren't many things to dislike. When we started with them, they could only sync with a few channels. But they had made a commitment to integrate with all channels and they did. They invested the resources to make sure it happened. Not much to dislike at all. They respond quickly and take care of any issues. But usually, those issues are very minor.
