**What do you like best about Flex Terminal Emulator?**

Where other vendors have maintained an old codebase in their terminal emulator products, FlexTerm has a modern user interface that is quite nice and extremely user-friendly. Replacing our existing emulation software with FlexTerm was a breeze, and the price was super competitive. Multiple sessions within a single workspace that can be cascaded or tiled, horizontally or vertically. FlexTerm is by far the most flexible terminal emulation product I have ever used!

**What do you dislike about Flex Terminal Emulator?**

So far have not found anything that I don't like about this software. It meets or exceeds all expectations.

**What problems is Flex Terminal Emulator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous product has been sunsetted by the vendor, and FlexTerm has proved to be the perfect replacement. It is even capable of running macros previously recorded with the old product.

**What do you like best about Flex Terminal Emulator?**

FlexTerm has many features I've never had available to me in a terminal emulator. Screen recording, a notes feature, the capability of launching other applications while still in FlexTerm and a tabbed interface.

In addition to the functionality, I have found FlexSoftware to be very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Flex Terminal Emulator?**

There is nothing I dislike about FlexTerm. As I stated previously, this is the best terminal emulator I have ever used.

**What problems is Flex Terminal Emulator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really didn't solve problems with FlexTerm as much as we replaced a terminal emulator that did not offer nearly as many features and functions. As a result we feel our productivity has increased.
