We had an outdated process, and we now feel like we are getting up to speed on new technologies! **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** I do wish we were able to run the API's by company, and I also wish there was an ability to run or create reports, to extract the data that flexspring brought into ADP. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our old process to get our payroll information from Workday into ADP, was very outdated, and it took hours to run. It would also require us to reach out to 3rd party services, if we ever had an issue with it, and it was never a quick fix. With Flexspring, we are saving so much time, and creating more space for us to review payroll and get it sumbitted on time. ### 2. The implementation went well, thanks to Priyanka Karunakaran, who ensured the project launched on time and accurately. I appreciate the ongoing resolution of tickets and the proactive addressing of concerns. Advait Ranade has been a great help with fine-tuning our system integrations and addressing minor failures. The expertise of the team and their actual system has been a pleasure to work in. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** I think it would be nice to have a 1 year/2 year/etc review to have someone internally there look at what errors the client is getting to see if they could help with a simple resolution. Although they are addressed via a ticket prompted by us the client, I think they might be able to pinpoint issues that could be cleaned up with an easy programming change. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexspring handles integrations for new hires, rehires, and updates in payroll systems from sources like Success Factors and Fidelity. ### 3. They have shown great patience and responsiveness throughout our implementation process. As a nonprofit organization, we found that the integrations have been instrumental in automating a business process that was previously a recurring and significant challenge. This automation has allowed us to redirect resources to other important tasks. The monitor website is easy to navigate. Again Customer Service has been great. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** There really isn’t anything unhelpful about this product, and we haven’t encountered any downsides. We don’t have any dislikes to mention. That said, it would be great if a future version included a tool that lets customers build connections securely, but without requiring the same degree of integration support. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a nonprofit organization offering internships to thousands of young people, we rely on Salesforce to manage our data and ADP for related processes. Transferring data between these systems has often been time-consuming and, at times, quite complex. Flexspring has automated this workflow for us, which has freed up staff resources and removed a significant data bottleneck. ### 4. During the building and testing phase, Gaurav Sharma was extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and responsive. I highly recommend Flexspring, and especially this team. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** There is nothing that I dislike about Flexspring. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to pull ADP punch data and import it into Salesforce via API, and previous companies were not able to get the data from ADP effectively. At times, communication can be lacking and response times may be delayed, but overall, the support process and assistance provided have been positive. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** Occasionally, incorrect or outdated information is sent to our payroll system, which means we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed. This problem can happen more than once, leading us to submit several tickets for the same recurring issue.
