Advait Ranade has consistently been helpful and prompt in addressing submitted tickets and resolving issues. However, there are occasions when a more detailed explanation of the root cause and reasons behind the issues would be appreciated. What do you dislike about Flexspring? Occasionally, incorrect or outdated information is sent to our payroll system, which means we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed. This problem can happen more than once, leading us to submit several tickets for the same recurring issue. They never said no to anything without trying everything in their power first to see if they really couldn't do it. When comparing deliverables with competitors, they also offered and did more in our Greenhouse x Workday integration than the rest of them. The first Product Manager (PM) they assigned us for our integration lacked business acumen and communication skills, which is critical for big projects like this and essential for project management. We complained and were thankfully reassigned to a fantastic senior PM who was phenomenal in all the areas the previous PM lacked (whom we wish the best in their future growth) and more.
