Honestly, there was nothing positive about Flexspring in the 12 months that we tried to deploy and use one of their integrations. I have not worked with another vendor that was as incompetent with their deployment / product as Flexspring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Flexspring? - Deployment for a very simple integration between 2 major payroll / HRIS platform took 11 months; poor project management and no initiative shown by the Flexspring implementation team - Product was still returning errors on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis by the end of our 12 month contract; a month of troubleshooting the integration did not resolve these issues - Account support was slow and unhelpful; would require multiple emails and over a week of waiting prior to some responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you? We initially bought Flexspring to help integrate our payroll and HRIS provider.
