Flexport has a dashboard that makes it really easy to understand how to track your containers or your goods from the beginning to the end. Supply chain can be tricky but Felxport gives you insights on how to be more cost-efficient. **What do you dislike about Flexport?** What I dislike the most about Flexport is their customer service, there were times that they couldn't help me with some of my queries and there were sometimes more than 2 people involved which makes it difficult to understand to whom you have to communicate. **Recommendations to others considering Flexport:** Make sure to see if Flexport can provide you with the services you really need and always check for similar companies that provide these services so you can make a good decision. **What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexport helped me to ship products from china to the USA in a really organized way.
