What do you dislike about FlexNet Manager? 1) Having "Silver" support package which takes forever to provide to a resolution (if any). 2) Local reseller do not have the right domain knowledge / skill sets. 3) Bad / incorrect advice received at initial project implementation and found out at the tail end like 4 years later. 4) No Executive coverage from Flexera for long period of time. 5) No knowledge or expertise to configure Cognos reporting.
