Market tools & reports – Built-in analytics help you quickly generate CMAs and market snapshots without needing separate software. **What do you dislike about Flexmls?** Clunky interface – The layout isn’t always as modern or user-friendly, so it can take extra clicks to get where you need. Learning curve – There are a lot of features, but they aren’t always easy to discover or navigate without training. Inconsistent speed – At times, searches or reports can feel slower than expected, especially during peak usage. Limited visual experience – Property displays and search results aren’t as visually polished as some newer tools, which can make client-facing presentations feel less dynamic. Down time is almost non-existent. The customer tech support is also top notch with written and video guidance as well as phone support. Flex is also very responsive to requests and makes improvements constantly. Flex allows our larger parent organization - MichRic - to make changes quickly and at a reasonable cost. **What do you dislike about Flexmls?** I wish the graphics on the customer side were more serious looking. Address searches sometimes don't pull up previous listings, skipping over obvious minor differences such as a compass direction. **Recommendations to others considering Flexmls:** When we chose Flex, we looked at seven other providers and Flex was the hands-down winner in every respect. Give it a test drive. Compare it to other platforms. Get to know the company and its representatives. I don't think you'll have a hard time making the right choice. **What problems is Flexmls solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flex provides a RELIABLE, accurate database which is at the core of market research. Search options and customizability make it easy to create exactly what I need to streamline the processes. Compared to our previous MLS platform, everything is simply more polished, more intuitive, more accurate, and faster. ### 3. It gives you access to all new listings as soon as they hit the market, is constantly updated, and has a trove of great information. **What do you dislike about Flexmls?** To this day i haven't found any issues with using this specific tool. It supersedes all of the sites like Zillow and Redfin **What problems is Flexmls solving and how is that benefiting you?** My brother is a real estate agent and he uses this tool to provide clients all the info needed when making home buying decisions . ### 6.
