FlexiPDF has become my favorite PDF editing and processing tool. It has an excellent set of tools for editing PDF documents, including very strong image and text editing capabilities. I use it most frequently for adding comments to PDF versions of contracts as I review them, but also for comparing PDF documents to see where revisions to prior versions have been made. It's true that you can get a lot of these same features from Adobe Acrobat, but it takes up almost 3 GB of space on my hard drive and is very intrusive, installing add-ons all over my computer. FlexiPDF doesn't integrate with MSOffice products the way that Acrobat does, but I like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FlexiPDF? There are very few things I dislike about FlexiPDF, but one thing I have noticed is that it sometimes makes odd font substitutions in certain documents. It doesn't happen all the time, but there are moments when it throws off the alignment of the text in a document. It can be managed, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering FlexiPDF: Softmaker offers a free trial of the product. I would suggest giving that a try before buying. I would also note that for some users who need a PDF tool to manage print production, this is probably not the right product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is FlexiPDF solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a much faster and more responsive program than the other PDF editors I have tried. In my case, it has become an important tool for managing the legal documents I work on every day. It is reasonably and affordably priced and does not require an annual subscription.
