What I value most about Flexera is its ability to turn complex technology and licensing data into clear, actionable insights. Over the past seven years, I have seen organizations strengthen their ITAM maturity, reduce risk, and make smarter business decisions with a platform that continuously evolves alongside the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

What I find most challenging about Flexera is that some reporting and configuration processes can feel overly complex and require significant expertise to manage effectively. "Flexera One Review - New great features"
4/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

Real-time inventory updates through the SaaS connectors are a major advantage for us. Along with the bulk data import features for transactions, it helps streamline our processes and saves us a lot of effort, especially when we’re handling high volumes of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

Flexera One is strong overall, but I find the updated UI and UX less intuitive than the previous version. The new sidebar, in particular, makes navigation feel slower, and I have to put in more effort to find key information.

Functionally, the AI feature that imports PDFs to pre-fill contracts is a great addition. That said, extending this capability to handle more complex purchase orders and multi-line quotes would be a huge time-saver. Lastly, expanding the Microsoft 365 connector’s capabilities to deliver deeper insights would add significant value as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
