The system is mediocre; it provides the most basic services but is priced high for what it is, and they have shady sales practices. THey system itself is OK regarding more basic items Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FleetUp? If you are going with them to try them out, buyer beware, they like to sneak in hyper links into the contract while the salesperson tells you no contract. Also the services are expensive compared to other companies for whats offer. THe biggest down side is if you want to review where you techs have been or driving incidents such as speeding, you cant just pull up the map and see where the incidents occurred. YOu have to click and watch a video to see infractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you? THey could not solve our issues after leading us along for a while regarding tech incident tracking; we also had further issues trying to leave when they told us about a hyperlink that was attached to the DocuSign. Even though terms and condition were laid out in the 2 pager service agreement, there was a seperate 6 page link that was not referenced and we were blatantly told we were not under contract. I told them up front that we were a seasonal business & would need to turn off the system during our off season.
