It has brought us great piece of mind, and we really appreciate this service. I would definitely recommend FleetUp to any company with a fleet of vehicles or equipment. **What do you dislike about FleetUp?** I can't think of anything I dislike about FleetUp, our contact at FleeUp was great, the product came as requested, and everything was easy to install and configure. **What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were concerned about theft, as we had one of our machines stolen last year, so FleetUp has brought us great piece of mind in that regard. Additionally, we can see when our vehicles need maintenance and which of our drivers are treating the fleet with respect. ### 3. If you pair a GPS with a Dash Camera you will have a perfect system **What do you dislike about FleetUp?** The only thing I don't enjoy about it is that I think it could be more accurate. Sometimes the GPS tracking lags a little when I am trying to check where the car is at. Another improvement also could be to have a pulled-over mode for when the police pull you over. **What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the Cannabis industry, is extremely important to track where your product is going since it is a controlled substance. We are able to ensure that all our product is getting delivered correctly ### 4. THey system itself is OK regarding more basic items **What do you dislike about FleetUp?** If you are going with them to try them out, buyer beware, they like to sneak in hyper links into the contract while the salesperson tells you no contract. Also the services are expensive compared to other companies for whats offer. THe biggest down side is if you want to review where you techs have been or driving incidents such as speeding, you cant just pull up the map and see where the incidents occurred. YOu have to click and watch a video to see infractions. **What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** THey could not solve our issues after leading us along for a while regarding tech incident tracking; we also had further issues trying to leave when they told us about a hyperlink that was attached to the DocuSign. Even though terms and condition were laid out in the 2 pager service agreement, there was a seperate 6 page link that was not referenced and we were blatantly told we were not under contract. I told them up front that we were a seasonal business & would need to turn off the system during our off season. Now they are telling me no that they cannot do that & want to bill me for the remaining term. **What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** To know where our trucks are located ### 6. The volume on the camera could be louder. When you are in a noisy vehicle, you can't always hear what it is saying. **What problems is FleetUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of our drivers time and location. ### 10. Nothing complicated about tracking the vehicles. **What do you dislike about FleetUp?** Pulling reports was something new to me, and reading the reports. The reports have times, clock time and time vehicle is stopped at a location; they get a little confusing.
