FleetOptima keeps track of maintenance on everything a crew runs: trucks, trailers, chippers, mowers, loaders and the small tools in between. It's made for small and mid-size businesses like tree services, landscapers and contractors, where the people who use the equipment are out in the field, not at a desk. Operators report a problem from their phone in a few taps. Mechanics see it right away, start the job, pull the parts they used, add notes and close it out with the current hours or miles. Every job builds a history for that machine. Service schedules run on miles, hours or time. Set one once (oil every 5,000 miles, knives every 50 hours, a 250-hour service) and FleetOptima makes the work order when it comes due, so nothing waits on someone's memory. Adding equipment is quick: scan the VIN sticker and the make, model and year fill in. Parts can be scanned by barcode, and stock goes down as parts are pulled on jobs. The Costs page shows what each machine actually costs in parts and outside services, including cost per hour or per mile, so owners can see which equipment is worth keeping. Pricing is per machine, not per person, so a whole crew can use it. A property maintenance version lets landlords take repair requests from tenants.
