What do you dislike about Fleetio?

The Dislike about Fleetio it's Frequency of Use for the Occasional Users forget how to complete tasks like submitting a maintenance request at that time they get some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

The only reason I am effective at doing my job is Fleetio. It gives me real time information and interfaces with our telematics seamlessly. I could not say enough great things about it to really explain how I feel about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

What do you like best about Fleetio?

The best thing about Fleetio is by far the simplicity of use. Anyone can easily learn how to use this system in a short period of time and start using it. Additionally, it has a full suite of features that are really valuable to any Fleet managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

It is somewhat expensive and the implementation process was very poor. The teams and people you're assiged were not great. They rusg you through the process and provide limited, very generic training. I wish it was more customized. But once you get past the initial implementation then things get better. What do you like best about Fleetio?

One of the biggest reasons I chose Fleetio was the digital PTI and the paperless shop. The ability for Operations, Dispatch and Maintenance to have the same real-time information will be a giant step forward. The system was easy to get started with and very intuitive to use. The inplamentation / onboarding team was very helpful and customer support has been great. We have a fleet of 50 and I am in Fleetio multiple times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

We need the ability for Fleetio to make real time adjustments to our fuel inventoy when we add a fuel ticket from our onsite system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
