The company I currently work for implimented Fleetio a few months back. Since, we've been able to track damages to our trucks / equipment. We are now able to hold our drivers accountable. Each driver does a Pre / Post - trip inspection with Fleetio. Once completed on their end - I can log into my account and see all photos taken, what they passed or failed, etc. There's everything you can think of to put on the inspections. We made it require them to take photos of the coolant, oil dipstick, the interior of the truck (for cleanliness), the exterior for damage. It's been a massive help for us. There are many other great features - But for me as a supervisor, what I said above was beyond worth the investment to me. We use it everyday, and it hasn't failed us yet! I can't comment on Customer Support, because we've not had to use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only "issue" I have isn't even with Fleetio technically. I still have to notify our mechanic of issues via phone call, text, or email. But that is our problem, not a problem with the app itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
