What do you like best about Fleetio?

Fleetio is as big or small as you need it to be. It tracks our vehicles, info, when service and registration is due, our drivers use the app to do the vehicle inspections that can be set up immediately. It is our fleet management tool. The support is there and training tools. I use it several times a day. It ingtegrates well with our fuel card vendor. It is easy to implement and start up right away. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

What do you like best about Fleetio?

Versitality of the forms and reports. The Help Desk is amazing and has a very quick response time. Ease of use for both administrators and users. Integrating the different platforms we use with Fleetio is very easy and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

One thing I think is hard for our company is the mileage reading in combination with our fuel cards in WEX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the WEX fuel card integration issue, we have a solution for you! This new feature allows you the option to no longer accept meter values from fuel transactions and have the system auto void them. More details can be found in the attached link. Let us know if you have any questions about this!

What do you like best about Fleetio?

It would be great to be able to turn off some data as required fields. E.g. odometer readings on EV charging entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

Fleetio is simple to use and quite flexible. Integrates well with telematics devices. It's a little thing, but I like that you can set a picture of the vehicle/equipment in the description. Makes it easy to identify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

Very little, if any downside. I have not run into anything that I have wanted to do with the software that I have not been able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

I like that each individual can set up their screens to their own personal prefeernce.

Fleetio keeps all of the information for the entire fleet right at your fingertips.

It is very customizable.

Customer support is outstanding.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

The Document section is not helpful. It needs to folders with levels of permissions so that documents can be shared appropriately.

There is no section for forms.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

We've started eliminating paper not only in the shop, but operations and safety as well with their customizable inspection forms. The software can expand beyond the fleet and has the potential to reach multiple users within the operation as you get creative. It's easy to setup and get users started right away. Getting everything loaded and started on their cadences will take time, but take effect immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

I'd like to personalize the app a little bit further along with more detailed permissions for users. Also, a quick search at the top of the mobile app would be stellar and in more in line with other app designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

The ease of input once you have established all the rules and what you want to track, its a wonderful tool. I am in Fleetio every day inputting work orders and tracking suppliers invoices to generate cost reports on each vehicle/equipment. The integration process was fairly easy and if we had to contact customer support, they were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
