FleetInspect is fleet, transport and compliance software for operators across the UK and Ireland. It brings remote tachograph download, tachograph analysis, walkaround checks and defects, maintenance, vehicle tracking and transport management into one system, with a web app for the office and an iOS and Android app for drivers. Driver card and vehicle unit files download remotely through Teltonika devices, on a schedule or on request, and operators' company cards are held in a card reader rack at Museco's office, so nothing has to run at the depot. Every file is checked against EU and GB drivers' hours rules (Regulation 561/2006) and road transport working time rules, and each infringement is graded on the EU 2024/846 bands. Drivers review and respond in the app, and the transport manager signs each one off. Drivers do daily walkaround checks on their phone, offline if needed, with photos and signatures, and a vehicle with an open urgent defect cannot be taken out. Service schedules, MOT, tax and inspection renewals, workshop jobs, tyres and fuel sit on the same vehicle record. Transport teams plan jobs, consignments and trailers, track vehicles live and invoice from the same data, with customer and contractor portals. Drivers also get a driver wallet in the app: they keep their driving licence, passport and other documents in one place, get reminders before they expire, and share them with an employer. Built and run by Museco in Northern Ireland, and hosted on Microsoft Azure in Ireland.
