Our flagship solution, FleetCommander, is a comprehensive Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) that helps organizations reduce costs, improve utilization, and gain full visibility into their vehicle fleets — whether that's a motor pool, a distributed departmental fleet, or a mixed-use vehicle program. FleetCommander combines online vehicle reservation and scheduling, GPS and telematics integration, key control and asset tracking, utilization reporting, and maintenance management into a single, easy-to-use platform. Fleet managers use FleetCommander to right-size their fleets, eliminate underutilized vehicles, automate motor pool reservations, and give drivers self-service access to book vehicles from any device. Real-time GPS tracking and telematics data feed directly into utilization dashboards, giving administrators the insight they need to make data-driven decisions about fleet size, vehicle assignment, and total cost of ownership. FleetCommander is FedRAMP-authorized, giving federal, state, and local government agencies the confidence that our platform meets rigorous federal standards for data security and compliance — a distinction shared by only a small number of FMIS providers. Our track record speaks for itself: the State of Michigan has relied on FleetCommander for 24 years to manage more than 11,000 vehicles, and Forsyth County, NC saved over $800,000 through improved fleet utilization after implementing our platform. Across our customer base, we maintain a Net Promoter Score of 73 and 95%+ customer retention — a reflection of the long-term partnerships we build with clients in government and higher education fleet operations. To meet the needs of smaller and departmental fleets, Agile Fleet also offers FleetCommander Go and FleetCommander Keyless — flexible, hardware-integrated solutions (powered by KeyCafe and INVERS CloudBoxx technology, respectively) that bring keyless access and simplified vehicle-sharing to organizations that don't need a full enterprise deployment. Agile Fleet's mission is to help public sector and higher education organizations run leaner, more accountable, and more efficient vehicle fleets. Whether you're managing a university motor pool, a county government fleet, or a federal agency's vehicle inventory, FleetCommander provides the reservation system, telematics integration, asset tracking, and reporting tools needed to reduce fleet costs and improve service delivery — all backed by a platform built to meet the security and compliance requirements unique to government and education.
