## Fleet Reviews
  ### 1. Fleet: The Flexible Compliance Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fleet?**

I love how Fleet provides a centralized platform for managing compliance across multiple sites, maintaining visibility and ensuring consistency. It gives us a single source of truth for compliance information, which was previously scattered across various systems and spreadsheets. I appreciate Fleet's capability to track inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance documentation all in one place with clear accountability, automated reminders, and real-time visibility into compliance performance. I'm impressed by the platform's flexibility and the team behind it, who offer a level of customization that we've never experienced with other compliance platforms. The Fleet team took the time to understand our specific requirements and designed solutions tailored to our operations. Their support didn’t stop at implementation; they continue to work with us, refining the platform and responding to feedback to ensure maximum value from the product. This collaborative approach and commitment to customer success make Fleet feel like a true partner, not just another software provider. Also, the initial setup was very easy, with the Fleet team guiding us step by step and providing clear SOPs.

**What do you dislike about Fleet?**

They are a fairly new company so there were some bugs in the platform but the team always fixed them promptly.

**What problems is Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fleet as a single source of truth for compliance, reducing data fragmentation. It tracks inspections, audits, and documents, ensuring accountability and consistency. Fleet's automation and real-time visibility improve compliance management across our sites.

  ### 2. Finally, a platform that keeps up with large-scale property management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fleet?**

I like it for its ease of use, full suite of funtions and the ability to add more things as needed so very flexible.

**What do you dislike about Fleet?**

The product should have more features to really be able to replace all of our other softwares.

**What problems is Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage over 75 properties and 1,200+ tenants across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. Before Fleet, coordinating maintenance, vendor dispatch, and work order tracking meant juggling multiple tools and a lot of manual effort.
Eight months in, the operational impact is clear. When a critical issue hits — a flood, a failed HVAC in peak summer — Fleet's escalation workflows and real-time visibility mean our team can dispatch the right vendor and track resolution without chasing anyone down. Time-to-resolution on urgent tickets has dropped meaningfully since we moved over.
The reporting suite is equally strong. Asset-level maintenance history, vendor performance, and cost breakdowns that used to take hours to compile now take minutes — directly improving how we plan and budget at a portfolio level.
Support has also been a differentiator. When we had an integration question around our accounting stack, we had a technically capable person on a call within a day — not a tier-one rep reading from a script, but someone who understood our setup and could speak to the configuration directly.
