Before Fleet, coordinating maintenance, vendor dispatch, and work order tracking meant juggling multiple tools and a lot of manual effort. Eight months in, the operational impact is clear. When a critical issue hits — a flood, a failed HVAC in peak summer — Fleet's escalation workflows and real-time visibility mean our team can dispatch the right vendor and track resolution without chasing anyone down.
