The best thing about Fleep is that fact that we can have our company meeting via instant message. Because of this we dont all have to be in the same room during the meeting. It's clear that the app is still being developed and it lacks few features like filtering messages by one of the members of the conversation or sorting conversations by teams, but over all it is a powerful, yet very simple tool to improve the work of every team. Storage is completely depends on cloud and SaaS based solutions and do not come in-house which increases the risk factor for data privacy and leakage. It gives complete access and right to the owner and admin to check, browse, read, delete the emails and other connected stuff of the employees which is of great concern in today's dynamic environment. Like Skype or any other instant messenger it is a quick way to communicate with the team. We can create groups specific to teams in our company in order to communicate more efficiently. The only problem I have with Fleep is the Android app won't give me notifications or update unless it is always running. I normally keep my phone on battery saver mode so it disables notifications.
