Fleep is feature packed, not only is it a communication tool we use at work to communicate with colleagues but also a collaboration tool, we use it to assign tasks and track their progress. I like its compatibility with email which means I can send a message to someone without Fleep as long as I have their email address, it has helped me center all my conversations. Apart from Fleep being easy to use and being user-friendly, I love the fact that it combines functions that might have required you to acquire multiple apps and pools all your conversations in this one app even those with persons not using Fleep, this saved me the hassle of switching between apps to communicate with my colleagues and clients, and I think the best way to put is Fleep is an all in one package. What I also love about Fleep was each conversation has a file drawer so instead of going through the chat looking for something I might have sent I just look I the file drawer. Sometimes the messages can become confusing to decipher which group you're addressing. I think each member should be able to rename the group as to remind them which team project they're referencing. To be more clear sometimes I work with multiple people on different projects and need a quick way to know which project we're discussing. Second the files drive can become to large and disorganized. It is an app with a clear and simple visual interface, easy to use and very simple to configure. Thorough integration of chats and mails, not just something like mail notification of a new message. In-house communication could be replaced with chats, but correspondence with customers and clients still heavily relies on mails.

What Slack excels above Fleep, in my humble thought, is its publicity, and the number and variety of integratable services.
