FlatRateChat is an AI chatbot for small business websites. It reads your public pages and answers visitors' questions from that text only, with a link to the page each answer came from. If the answer isn't on your site, it says so and shows your contact details instead of guessing. Pricing is flat: no message credits, no add-ons and no overage charges. On any website it's $59 a month for up to 500 pages and 5,000 AI answers a month; above that, the bot keeps answering at up to 10 answers an hour instead of charging more. Setup is one line of code and works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and plain HTML. On Wix, install it from the Wix App Market with no code. There's a free plan (50 pages, 100 AI answers a month, no card) and paid plans from $19 a month. It re-reads your site every week and emails you the questions it couldn't answer, so you know what to add. Your content is never used to train AI models. It can be wrong sometimes, like any AI.
