That the data is exported on the hour, every hour without me having to do anything. It makes our data from the Pipedrive CRM usable in the traditional spreadsheet format. Simplicity. I need to merge data from.several apps like Insightly, Freshdesk, Chargebee and to create custom reports. I am not a developer myself but I am pretty advanced user of spreadsheet and BI and for me finding a tool that flattens data was THE SOLUTION. Once you have the data flattened - I can do all I need. Now, if you add a custom field in one of the connected apps, on the next export Fltly can completely reorder the sequence of the columns.
