What do you like best about Flatfile?

The pleasant interface that brings together all the important functionalities we need so effortlessly. We've been using FaltFile since late 2019, and the customer service has been very responsive. What do you dislike about Flatfile?

What problems is Flatfile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to FaltFile, we had to dedicate one of our Excel Wizards to our weekly imports to make sure everything gets done right. That processing time has gone down by probably 80%, and we're planning on opening the import feature to our users and make it 100% autonomous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
