What do you like best about Flatfile?

With Flatfile we were able to rely on an external solution for central parts of our data onboarding features replacing the need to develop them ourselves. Their solution provides a great UX to our customers and is very robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flatfile?

What do you like best about Flatfile?

What do you like best about Flatfile?

Saves your customers and team hours of time during the data migration process. React library and REST API is easy to use and well documented, making it very easy to get started. We launched with Flatfile in about a week and a half.

The Flatfile support is also excellent, they are responsive and helpful when it comes to technical questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flatfile?

Flatfile saved us weeks of development; we delivered a high-impact feature without taking on the maintenance burden of a complex data upload interface. What do you dislike about Flatfile?

What problems is Flatfile solving and how is that benefiting you?

As part of our integrated marketing offering, we accept contact list information from our enterprise clients. Flatfile gives our clients the flexibility to upload in whatever format they have available (whether that's a spreadsheet they manage or export from a service like Mailchimp) and gives our system data in the form it needs. We've been able to defer responsibility for user interface and data transformation to Flatfile, which reduced our design, development, and QA cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
