Pretty quick to get integrated and flexible enough to support things outside the happy path. **What do you dislike about Flatfile?** We found the need of defining workbooks and templates a bit confusing. I had used Flatfile at a prior job and this was all configured through code which I liked much better. **What problems is Flatfile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves us from having to build our own CSV processing flow and dealing with restrictive CSV templates or convincing users to map their input data to some pre-defined schema. ### 2.
