I like the fact that Flashpoint collects intel and data from multiple sources and houses it all in one place. Sometimes certain data seem to contradict or be missing in certain places. For example, when reviewing a post, it will have a threat author's aliases in one spot but they won't be in another spot where aliases can be seen. I use Flashpoint for insider intelligence, integrating all insider threats in one place, and it collects data from multiple sources to thoroughly research credible threats. There is always a clear roadmap for enhancements and new features, and the tempo for introducing new capabilities is fast. The analysts are very professional and credible. RFIs typically have a fast turnaround time. Platform is really easy to navigate and we were able to very quickly deploy it internally. Training resources were perfect and got analysts up-to-speed very quickly. Our Customer Success Manager has also been very helpful and personable. Ability to see the source of information and then travel and investigate that source ourselves where applicable. What do you dislike about Flashpoint? Constant platform changes and a lack of documentation keeps breaking intergrations, causing disruptions to workflows. I also find that the RFIs aren't useful for our team. We tend to be able to do the deep dive ourselves and find more relevant information faster, which is disappointing considering the resources that FlashPoint has. For example, if you need to add quotations to a phrase to search that phrase. it would be nice when you click the search function, you can select which type of search you are doing and it prefills with the appropriate things needed for your search. Flashpoint Ignite is helpful in instances where we don't know exactly what we're looking for, but want to get a general idea of the chatter out there around a specific topic.
