  ### 1. The worst platform to use

**What do you like best about FlashIntel?**

Nothing. The worst platform to use for Linkedin and email outreach.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

We used this platform for several months, and it was by far the worst product we have worked with. We encountered numerous issues when adding LinkedIn accounts, and the LinkedIn add-on itself was extremely unstable, frequently failing to load or function properly, which made it essentially unusable.

The email warm-up feature caused serious damage as well. Instead of protecting sender reputation, it generated high bounce rates that ultimately damaged—and within three months completely killed—all of our domains.

On top of these issues, communication and customer support were extremely poor. Our concerns were often ignored, and when responses did come, we were left waiting days—and sometimes even weeks—for problems to be addressed or resolved.

**What do you like best about FlashIntel?**

The intent search looks promising.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

The platform constantly crashed, especially the LinkedIn add-on, which was very unstable and basically didn’t work. The email warm-up feature killed domains with bounces. The intent search was initially useless due to glitches, including issues with selecting the language for emails, which wasted a lot of time. The payment system was very crooked; despite asking to cancel the subscription for 3 weeks, the platform still attempted to debit money. The system didn't generate invoices, requiring multiple support contacts to receive them. The initial setup was a disaster.

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FlashIntel causes more issues than it solves, with platform crashes, ineffective LinkedIn features, and faulty email warm-up leading to bounces. It doesn't solve problems for us; it creates them.

FlashIntel has brilliant sales intelligence, where it issues reliable contact data for accurate prospecting
The software issues intent signals that are real time and updated concerning buyers behaviors
FlashIntel offers high quality leads targeting, which has firmographic filters

We face data gaps from FlashIntel, where some local niche may not be included 
On sales intelligence, sometimes the used data my be outdated and inaccurate

We get efficient lead solutions from FlashIntel, where all prospects are verified 
We learn the actions that buyers take in our sites or business, giving us an accurate market view 
The coordination with CRM solutions makes our team to manage relationships effectively 
We learn market opportunities using the app, and there is swift signal identification

AI Parallel Dialer is next-level, unlike anything I’ve looked at before. It’s so quick and smart, while being integrated to work with multiple channels at once. I now unlocked 3x more leads daily.

Some delay in syncing call notes to my CRM

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no way to add outbound calls without increasing headcount. FlashIntel allows my team to meet aggressive outreach goals with little effort.

**What do you like best about FlashIntel?**

I like how it has different intent based features that help to easily create a list of ideal customer profile.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

We are using an company built CRM that cannot integrate with flashrev.  That is one of the asks.

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to scour the web and use LinkedIn sales navigator to find data. With flashrev a list can be created based on intent and other inputs like location, job title etc. 
Once the list is created, the parallel dialer helps to make up to 10X calls at the same time and gives AI generated information about the prospect when the call is answered.

The best I like about FlashRev, is that it is an easy log in and get to work interface.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

FlashRev has all the points covered and nothing to dislike.

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flashinfo helps me to manage my team in a much better way than before.  I can listen into calls. I am able to get a AI generated insight into what happened in the call and also get recommendations as to next step.  Also, I can listen into calls live.  I am able get insights into the number of calls that have been made with the dialer.  I am also able to look at the omnichannel progress of each rep.  The team is happy with the leads that are being generated now.  The automation is helping them to do more and have more time to work on other tasks.

**What do you like best about FlashIntel?**

FlashRev has an automated engagement with it's AI enabled platform.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

FlashRev can work on adding Lead prioritization as a way to focus on leads that matter.

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FlashRev helps by giving a strong engagement platform.  It helps us to make more calls per day with its parallel dialer where each rep can make more than 300 calls per day.  We also had a high bounce rate and FlashRev helps to alleviate that with its email validator and email warmup.

I like how as an administrator I have insight into the analytics and progress of the team.

**What do you dislike about FlashIntel?**

I like it as when we do have an ask the  product team adds that feature so I don't have a reason to dislike anything.

**What problems is FlashIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team is happy with the dialer that helps them to make more calls than before.  The AI assisted sequence can be centrally monitored and course corrections can be made.  Overall is helping to have an efficient sales engagement.
