It's honestly made my work so much easier. Especially the slack integration is super helpful. I don’t need to login anywhere I can just post in legal<>sales like I usually would. Don’t need to think about it or learn anything new, it just works. **What do you dislike about Flank?** It was a little slow for a few days, answers took around one minute. But it's resolved now so all good. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I used to have a legal or financial question I would have to wait for days to get an answer and it held up my work. Especially when the deal wasn’t a super high priority. Now I get answers on demand. Never want to go back. ### 2. This has to do with GPT4 but Legal Os are working on it and it has improved significantly over the past few weels! **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Legal and InfoSec team is bogged down with repetitive requests. We, as business users, need answers immediately and don't have time to wait for hours or even days to get a response. Legal OS automates common legal and compliance requests that come up. So sometimes we have to trick around a bit to get the look we want. However, Legal OS supports us excellently in this! **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legal OS has become an a core part of our software stack. The platform's ability to automate legal docs and processes and embed them is unparalleled and has saved us so much time and recourses. Legal OS has an excellent support team. They were fantastic at helping us get set up quickly and have been responsive to any questions or issues we've had. This is a significant departure from the sluggish onboarding we've experienced with older tools. Obviously this is helped by LOS being just a solid and intuitive app, esp. considering how new it is. **What do you dislike about Flank?** Not applicable yet. We've found it meets our needs. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use LOS to answer v high volume 'silly' legal queries (and compliance). From non-legal perspective the issue previously was turn-around time for these kinds of queries. Often waiting hours or days for a response. We rely on their solution which is deeply integrated in our software stack. It is worth mentioning, that their technology internally works on programming language which the folks at LegalOS built in house. We have not seen any other solution on the market which offers this level of power. **What do you dislike about Flank?** We do not see anything which can be disliked about LegalOS, because they are the only ones offering what they offer. Furthermore new updates are comming every 2-3 weeks. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automate more than a dozen different contract documents (static & individual) which are generated in realtime for users within our software. There’s currently no feature for escalations, and will be an important feature for us. However, I’ve been informed this is already on the roadmap. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have a lot of “dumb” legal questions that I just needed a rapid answers to. It could take a day or two to get a response from legal which didn’t really work for me. This is directly addressed by Legal OS. Additionally barely got waiting time on most of my requests. Also Legal OS have been very supportive & flexible with requests for individual use cases. **What do you dislike about Flank?** They were pretty strict about their customer-profile, took a few discovery meetings to confirm we match their criteria. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the moment, we use Legal GPT for routine legal/ compliance requests within the sales journey; Sales and compliance managers just jump on the integrated slack channel, request on the respective matter. Instead of waiting for legal to respond (sometimes up to days..), we get a reply within seconds! ### 11. Excellent platform. Customer Success is also clearly really important to the team, and all my questions are answered. **What do you dislike about Flank?** Nothing yet, the user experience is fairly often updated and the technology is great. **What problems is Flank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I'd have to wait on responses to queries, this could take days or weeks. Now it's seconds (admittedly a little longer for complex queries like document generation). This saves me time but more importantly I feel more in control, than just waiting for a response.
