**What do you like best about Flamingo?**

I find Flamingo's timely notifications really helpful as they are sent directly to our Slack channel, letting the team know if someone is taking leave. This feature enhances our collaboration and keeps everyone aligned. I also like how easy it is to apply for leaves with Flamingo. The initial setup was straightforward and simple too, which made getting started pretty smooth.

**What do you dislike about Flamingo?**

If someone has deleted the leave request, notifications are still being sent on Slack.

**What problems is Flamingo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flamingo centralizes leave management, improving visibility among team members. I like the timely notifications sent to our Slack channel, which help in better collaboration and alignment.
