The platform "opens the door" to make your community a lifestyle and not just a place to live. Our account rep, Joseph, has also been instrumental in making my team's experience fun and exciting. It is continuing to grow, so there are a few (very minor) technical fixes that are still being worked out. That being said the response time to get those things fixed is a few days at most. If something happens that affects everyone, we put a post and it instantly notifies the resident that there is an alert posted. This has helped tremendously when the water to the entire property gets shut off and the calls start coming in. We announce our resident events, use checklists for move-ins and renewals, and the residents love being able to talk to each other. It creates a sense of community!
