There could be some improvements to the way in which Flagright lists the transactions associated with an open alert. The current listing system only flags the last transaction (s) that triggered the flag. The checked transactions often does not provide more insight as they oftentimes list unrelated transactions. Flagright’s platform is intuitive and easy to use. It’s simple to tweak and implement monitoring rules that fit our risk policies. Flagright enables us to create detailed rules and thresholds specifically tailored our own business activities to detect unusual transactions and patterns. The rule creation and optimisation allows for continuous adaptation as a result of new fraud and AML trends, evolving risks and regulatory changes. Having the ability to flag potential issues and adjust rules based on statistical analysis and new information we can minimize false positives to ensure efficient investigation of genuine concerns.

The system was easy to implement and Flagright was on hand to work with our teams to ensure a smooth integration. The Monitoring Analysts are continuing to learn how to get the best from the system.

We’ve particularly benefited from the dynamic risk profiling and AI-powered Copilot feature, which reduces time spent on name screening and helps cut down false positives significantly. While we haven’t yet leveraged every advanced feature (like linkage analysis), it’s reassuring to know we can scale into them as our risk profile grows.

One of the best things about Flagright is the support we get from the team! Kevin is extremely accessible and supportive, providing regular support during and after initial implementation. The team collects and responds to our feedback with a genuine interest in understanding our wants and use cases, which is so crucial when selecting a vendor. In terms of the product, the UI is intuitive and the ability to configure rules without relying on engineering support has been a big win. The product is really designed in a way that allows users, regardless of experience or skill level, to navigate it with minimal training required. We are also able to monitor and test within Flagright itself, without requiring any sophisticated data or QA work to develop metrics outside the platform. The copilot feature saves significant time for agents on name-screening tasks that can become extremely tedious and time-consuming. We have not had to use it for regulatory filings yet, but the ability to automate some of this was very compelling. Our organization does not have much use case for some of the linkage analysis features yet, but I can see this being extremely valuable in certain contexts and wish there had a been a tool out there like this in previous roles. Overall, Flagright has been a significant improvement over our previous solution and really allowed us to better control and streamline our AML processes. Excited to see new features roll out!
