We are also able to monitor and test within Flagright itself, without requiring any sophisticated data or QA work to develop metrics outside the platform. The copilot feature saves significant time for agents on name-screening tasks that can become extremely tedious and time-consuming. Our organization does not have much use case for some of the linkage analysis features yet, but I can see this being extremely valuable in certain contexts and wish there had a been a tool out there like this in previous roles.
