Fixty is a browser-based CRM platform for mobile mechanics and small automotive service operations, combining scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payment processing, and customer management into one interface accessible across devices. Customers can book appointments via an online scheduler integrated with Google, Yelp, and social media, with details automatically populating the mechanic's job board. Digital quotes allow customers to approve or decline line items electronically. Payments are processed through Stripe, with cash and check transactions also supported. Mechanics can perform digital vehicle inspections, categorize findings, and share visual documentation with customers. The platform includes automated service reminders and email marketing tools for customer retention. Upcoming AI features will enable automated quotes, follow-ups, upsell recommendations, and voice-controlled communication.
