I began using Fixme.it 2 years ago, I believe this software is superior to anything comparable on the market. The ease of use and its compactness on my systems makes my life much easier. I work in a governmental environment, sometimes, for what ever reason law enforcement types and dispatchers sometimes find it difficult to get to fixme.it and get the access number. The product is real easy to install on machines for easy access later. And for quick remote support that someone just needs help.
