**What do you like best about FixMe.IT?**

Instant solution for your IT challenges with laptop/desktop. They are very professional and can easily help you while making you understand the issue you are facing.

**What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?**

While doing the troubleshooting, they try to do upselling, that is sometime becomes very annoying, may be they can pitch the product after issue is resolved not in between.

**What problems is FixMe.IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My browser stopped working and were not loading up any page from the internet, so they took the access of my system through remote and did troubleshooting to resolve it.
