FixGrid Academy is a structured, lab-based online training platform that helps technicians, supervisors, and engineers stay current as energy and appliance technology advances. It focuses on practical technical judgment through interactive diagnostic labs, real service scenarios, graded decisions, and professional certification. Trainees step onto real service calls, clear safety gates, choose the next test, and receive corrective feedback with a Maya AI tutor providing senior-tech reasoning at every step. Programs cover residential laundry and refrigeration, commercial refrigeration (ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins), and rooftop units. Certificates are skills-based and publicly verifiable. Full Academy and Commercial Pro paths are available with 60-day focused access.
