Refunds, goodwill, exceptions, inside limits each client sets. Most issues get finished rather than passed back. Göteborg, with delivery across three continents. We work in any language your customers use, recruiting for each market rather than routing everything to one hub. FIXATE AB was founded in 2024. The people running it have been doing this since the 1990s.
