Fix-Book is Italian management software for smartphone, tablet and PC repair labs and phone stores. It was built inside NETFIX, an Apple Independent Repair Provider in Cantù (Italy), where it is used every day. Repair tickets with IMEI lookup (recent previous repairs of the same device show up automatically), unlock code or pattern, accessories and customer signature on tablet or phone. A repair board with customizable statuses: customers follow their repair from a link or QR code and accept quotes online, and a ready-made WhatsApp message is prepared for each status. Parts ordering, inventory with IMEI per device, point of sale with barcode scanner, receipts on thermal or A4 printers, online storefront, used phones bought from private sellers with Italian margin VAT scheme reports, and AI invoice import. The optional ScontrinoBook add-on sends electronic receipts to the Italian Revenue Agency. Cloud-based, nothing to install. Plans from €14.90/month (VAT included), 14-day free trial, no card required.
