Fivexer is a workforce operations platform for assigning work, planning shifts, and keeping distributed teams informed. Incoming jobs, tickets, leads, or service requests are matched to qualified and available people using configurable rules for skills, location, priority, capacity, workload, rest, and fairness. Hard eligibility rules remain absolute, while eligible candidates can be ranked according to operational priorities. Every decision includes a trace explaining who was selected and why other candidates were excluded. Fivexer also supports roster planning, shift-cover workflows, time-off requests, recorded working hours, and payroll-ready exports. Workers can view assignments, accept work, complete checklists, report outcomes, and access published schedules through a mobile-friendly web portal without installing a native app. The platform is designed to work alongside existing helpdesk, field-service, HR, and payroll systems rather than replace them. Teams can connect their workflows using an API, SDKs, webhooks, CSV imports and exports, or the MCP interface for compatible AI agents. Fivexer Cloud provides a managed EU-hosted workspace with no Redis infrastructure to operate. The underlying assignment engine is open source under the MIT license and can also be self-hosted for teams that need greater control or portability. Typical uses include field-service dispatch, customer-support routing, back-office task distribution, lead assignment, shift planning, absence cover, and other workflows where work must be allocated according to explicit operational rules. A free workspace is available without a credit card or trial countdown.
