After having patronized this platform for years, we were quite fond of it until recent. Thus, what would have been a positive review is not. Our company has benefited greatly from the array of professionals Fiverr offers and even built long term relationships. We've spent thousands of dollars on the site, enough for it to have been upgraded, only to have it closed without any warning or just cause. Considering our investment and deducation, it seems that whatever the issue was, we'd have been given an opportunity to rectify it. As it stands, we are now without contact to our numerous global professionals that we've relied on regularly for services. Attorneys, writers, accountants, lab professionals, graphic designers even our web designer that has exclusive access to all three of our websites for ongoing support. These are services we can not function without as a corporation. It's debilitating, and honeslty inconceivable that we were granted no communication or options for resolution in order to maintain what was built over so much time. They're aware that businesses have multiple personnel that use the one account but they make no consessions for this. Despite my personally having reported countless instances of violations and spent endlessly hiring and developing professional relationships on their platform, where we can only communicate with the providers, they will still, without thought, cripple and compromise your business by suddenly deleting your account. What I like best about Fiverr is that it gives freelancers like me a real opportunity to grow professionally and financially. It's not just a platform it's a complete ecosystem where you can build your brand, showcase your skills, and connect with clients from all over the world. As a graphic and interior designer, Fiverr gave me a place to start without needing a big setup or huge investment. I could create gigs, set my own pricing, and slowly build trust through reviews. One of the best parts is that as your experience and ratings grow, you start attracting high-paying clients. Fiverr doesn’t just help you earn — it helps you grow. The platform also taught me to be more professional. I learned how to communicate better with clients, manage timelines, and handle real-world design projects. Fiverr gave me vision I could finally see a clear path where my creative skills could turn into a sustainable career. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, Fiverr provides a level playing field. The dashboard, analytics, and client tools are all easy to use, and their support system is also quite responsive. What I dislike about Fiverr is how competitive it can get, especially for new freelancers. When you’re just starting out, it’s tough to get your first few orders because there are already so many experienced sellers with hundreds of reviews. Sometimes clients don’t even notice new profiles, no matter how good the work is. Also, Fiverr charges a 20% commission on every order, which feels a bit high especially on smaller gigs. For example, if you earn 1,000Rs, you only get 800Rs. When you’re working hard and putting in hours, that cut makes a difference. Another issue is that some buyers don’t fully read the gig description or requirements and then expect more than what’s offered. If you cancel or don’t meet unrealistic expectations, your ratings can go down, which affects future work. Fiverr should improve how they handle such cases to protect genuine sellers. Fiverr is solving one of the biggest challenges faced by freelancers — access to global clients and clear understanding of market pricing. As a freelance graphic and interior designer, one of the first things I struggled with was: How much should I charge? There’s always confusion when you’re starting out whether you're underpricing yourself or asking too much. Fiverr helped me a lot in this area. By browsing other gigs in my category, I could see what experienced designers are charging, what kind of services they offer, and how they structure their packages. It gave me a clear picture of what the market expects and what clients are willing to pay. Apart from pricing, Fiverr solves the issue of finding consistent work without cold emailing or networking endlessly. Clients come directly to the platform looking for specific services, so half the work is already done. Once I created my gigs, I started getting inquiries without spending money on ads or promotions. Fiverr also acts like a trust bridge between freelancers and clients. With their rating system, secure payments, delivery timelines, and buyer protection — it becomes easier for both sides to work confidently. For me, it helped build a professional identity, with reviews and completed orders acting like my online reputation. Lastly, Fiverr gave me global exposure. I’ve worked with clients from different countries, which wouldn't have been possible if I were just relying on local sources. It opened my mind to international design trends, work styles, and helped me improve my communication skills too. In short, Fiverr solves the problem of visibility, pricing confusion, client acquisition, and trust — and that has made a huge positive impact on my freelance journey.
