As the payee using Fiverr enterprise, I found the platform intuitive, simple and reliable. While support was often on a multiple hour delay, this did not bother me in the slightest as every person I interact seemed willing to dig deep into any issues I had, provide real data to support me, and be persistent until the issue was resolved. Payments through the platform were consistent and reliably on time with the stages of each payment clearly indicated, allowing me to bring up any potential issues with my clients immediately. The system for editing your payment method information was a bit odd. There is a selection for payment method, but if you choose to edit the method, there is a selection again for payment method. This second selection is only to choose to edit data specific to a particular method, but it does not actually set that method as active. Additionally, for wire payments they seem to require a swift code even though the wires are domestic US. This is not standard practice for domestic wires, and I know in at least one case with me it caused an issue with a bank processing the wire. I assume this was done for standardized support internationally, but it can cause issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Fiverr Enterprise as a contractor management and freelance management system and I have never regretted it!

The customer care support is so responsive and helpful and they came through for me when I had issues with payments.

I also like how they always relay messages through email. You don't need to sign in to get important notifications.

While I was waiting for my employer to pay me, I wasn't anxious because the platform has a payment process that I could check to know the stage my payment was, and as soon as my employer paid, I got my money.

Sometimkes the vernacualr Fiverr Enterprise uses doesn't match our own. They have been helpful in letting us customize as much language as possible. Fiverr is the most accessible and user-friendly platform for Talent Payment and Recruiting on the market. I have not heard any negative feedback from the Talent's I manage. Some of the features to note that have been differentiators are that Talent's can track their payments in real-time, which has been a huge time saver on the Administrator side.
