**What do you like best about Five Star Pivot?**

It is pretty comprehensive and intuitive. I haven't had much training in the software and it is still pretty easy to use. I know that I don't take advantage of all the features that the software has, but it is a decent software.

**What do you dislike about Five Star Pivot?**

It is frustrating that it doesn't autosave everything. I have had a few times that I have lost my information that was inputted and had to redo it.

**What problems is Five Star Pivot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a necessary evil to have a system for evaluations and observations. It is helpful that all the districts in the area use the same software.
