It operates as a rudimentary CRM, but it's main value is as a mass emailer and client follow up tool. You can use it for your email campaigns, as well as initial client messages. The UI and dashboard are very easy to use and are fast moving. **What do you dislike about FitPro Newsletter?** It would be great if it had more CRM like capablity. It's very limited in the ability to track users, but it is pretty good at segmenting them. **Recommendations to others considering FitPro Newsletter:** There are many options for mass emailers. A couple options are even free. That being said, FitPro is super useful for big email lists and followup. It's a great tool for building lists and more importantly maintaining the lists with regular email blasts. **What problems is FitPro Newsletter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email campaigns and initial customer follow-up. But mainstream, universal email marketing platforms are probably better. The only good thing is if you want to use their pre-made content.
