The ease of use of this product is perhaps my favorite feature. In a company with numerous clubs to manage, Fitness Force makes it easy to handle all of the back-end aspects of club ownership. Because it is so convenient, the member experience is that much better. We no longer have member or prospect information written on pieces of paper to be lost, destroyed, or stolen. With online tracking, it is easy to provide exceptional service to existing members while also recruiting new prospective members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FitnessForce? The set-up process for Fitness Force can be quite time consuming and tedious. It takes a great deal of attention to detail for everything to be finalized. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time ensuring all information is correct prior to launch. FitnessForce provides our administrative team real-time insight into clubs within the organization. It offers the opportunity to track the sales team and prospects as they go through the marketing process to ensure no leaf is left unturned and all leads are properly managed. I love that this software can allow the complete management of the gym management and beyond . I like how easy it is to make a custom report.
