FitCentral is coaching software for personal trainers who want to run their client roster from one place instead of juggling spreadsheets, chat apps, and billing tools. Coaches build training programs with sets, reps, tempo, and rest periods from a custom exercise library and assign them in minutes. Schedule sessions with automated reminders that cut no-shows, message clients directly, and review their workout logs, measurements, progress photos, and personal records as they come in. Built-in nutrition and habit tracking, group challenges, leaderboards, and weekly check-ins keep clients accountable and engaged between sessions. Recurring payments run automatically through Stripe and Square, so you stop chasing invoices. Clients get a polished mobile app for logging workouts, tracking meals, and booking sessions, which makes you look professional and keeps retention high. FitCentral was co-founded by a practicing personal trainer, so the workflows match how coaches actually work.
