Fispera is pre-accounting for a small business: what you invoiced, what you spent, who owes you, and what is actually in the till. SALES AND PURCHASES Issue a sales invoice, record a purchase invoice, keep the numbering in order. VAT and withholding are computed by the system, not by hand, and the same rules apply everywhere. CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS One card per account with its balance, its history and its documents. You see at a glance who is overdue and by how much. EXPENSES THAT DO NOT GET LOST Record the expense when it happens and attach the receipt. Categories make the month readable instead of a pile of paper. CASH AND BANK Cash in, cash out, collections and payments. The cash-flow view answers the question that matters: after what is due this week, what is left. STOCK AND SERVICES Products, services, warehouses and stock movements, tied to the same invoices so the count matches the paperwork. MULTI-COMPANY, MULTI-CURRENCY Run more than one company from one account, each kept separate. Amounts are held to four decimals, so foreign-currency lines do not drift. Fispera is built as one system: the rules live in one place and every screen reads from it. Web and mobile show the same figures because they come from the same source.
